Location of economic activities

The course is made of two major parts:
- location of industry (9 h);
- location of services (6 h).
In both parts, the following issues will be taken into account: new constraints induced by technological, economic and social changes, location trends (at various scales), key location principles and location optimization principles.

To lead transport professional to take the location issue into account in their daily activities. This integration is related with two key elements: to optimize the functioning of these activities and to take the sustainable development objectives into account.
