| The course is made of two major parts:
- location of industry (9 h);
- location of services (6 h).
In both parts, the following issues will be taken into account: new constraints induced by technological, economic and social changes, location trends (at various scales), key location principles and location optimization principles. |

| To lead transport professional to take the location issue into account in their daily activities. This integration is related with two key elements: to optimize the functioning of these activities and to take the sustainable development objectives into account. |

| A good knowledge of the current economic, political and spatial context is very useful as the course take questions of the day into account. |
