Mesures à prendre pour donner l'assurance de la conformité à une norme (norme d'un système qualité ou d'un produit). Rédaction des manuels qualité, plans qualité, procédures, instructions de travail et autres documents de la qualité et de la conformité. Dispositions pour faire certifier la qualité ou la conformité à une norme ou une directive européenne (marquage CE). |
