Course contents :  This course is an introduction to Computational Genomics. It has three main parts, respectively considering genome annotation, genome variation and analysis of gene functions.
Course objective :  The students will be able to use bioinformatic methods to extract information from genomic databases.
Workshops :  Personal homeworks using the Bioinformatics Toolbox of Matlab.
Organization :  Wednesday mornings, 9h-12h30, room R75, Montefiore Institute, first semester.
Assessment :  Persoanl homeworks, oral exam.
