Course contents :  Introductory Environmental Chemistry in major compartments: water, air, soil. Analysis of transferts to biological targets
Course objective :  The objective of the course is to illustrate the anthropogenic pressure on the environment in terms of chemical pollution:
-production of pollutants
-dispersion of pollutants
-fate of the pollutants (accumulation, transfe, degradation)
-environmental legislation
-analytical methods
-risk analysis
Prerequisites :  basic notions in chemistry
Organization :  12 lessons and personal bibliographic analysis
Written notes :  Reference books and review papers
Assessment :  presentation of a seminar, alone or by groups, according to the topic
