| Course objective : | Basic knowledge of semiconductors and analog and digital electronics. |

| Prerequisites : | General physics course. |

| Workshops : | 10 hours exercises with written control at the end of 1st semester ¿ 16 hours laboratory during 2nd semester. |

| Organization : | Lecture during 1st semester (2 hours per week). |

| Written notes : | Available at AEES. |

| Assessment : | Written control at the end of 1st semester, laboratory reports, oral examination at the end of 2nd semester. |
