 | Since the 2d bacchelor, students are integrated in a programme built on a three year period. Two kinds of activities are proposed: basic activities and "multisports" activities.
Basic activities: They are divided in three groups of three sports: sex specific or expression sports (gymnastic, aerobic/fitness, dance or indoor-soccer), individual sports (athletics, swimming, badminton) et team sports (basketball, handball, volleyball).
Each semester, students participate to a unit of each sport's group for a total of six different sports each year. Weekly, a unit corresponds to one 75 and one 90 minutes sessions during the whole semester. The annual planning respects a rolling principle allowing each student to participate to two units of each sport during his/her graduation programme.
Multisports activities:
Three times a year, basic activities are replaced during a week by another programme aiming to increase the diversity of the sport preparation and enlarge the students' experience. During the first year of a cycle of three, these activities are focused on « in and out-door activities » (climbing, orienteering, squash, mountain bike, field hockey, tennis, etc). The second year, students are involved in extramural sports preparations (coach's certification, climbing's accreditation, etc). The third year is devoted to the organization by the students of sport events (a quarter triathlon, a inter group challenge and a adventure raid).
Other:
One unit focusing on the security on swimming pool is also planned each two years.
Some specialisation seminars are organised during the year. Students are invited to participate to conferences and/or clinics proposed by visiting professors or specialists.
Fitness tests are organized during the semester.
Alpin ski camp
Students have to attend to a ski camp during the 5th week of January. This activity must be paid by each student. |

| Organization : |
 | | Acquisition and development of basic motor abilities and sport skills (Acquisition and development of basic motor abilities and sport skills (Part II) - practical course) |

 |
 | Practical guidelines and schedules are provided to the students at the beginning of the academic year. They will be proposed also through the notice board of the sport building. |
 | | Basics of Athletic Training (Part II) |

 |
 | Les modalités pratiques et les horaires de cours seront transmis dès la rentrée (vademecum). |

 | | Acquisition and development of basic motor abilities and sport skills (Acquisition and development of basic motor abilities and sport skills (Part II) - practical course) |

 |
 | They are few written material. When it is the case, the assistant provide a copy to the students' representative who is in charge to organize the copying. |
 | | Basics of Athletic Training (Part II) |

 |
 | Un fascicule descriptif de chaque séance sera disponible dès la rentrée. Il permettra de récolter des informations pertinentes sur les entraînements abordés. |
|
 |
| Assessment : |
 | | Acquisition and development of basic motor abilities and sport skills (Acquisition and development of basic motor abilities and sport skills (Part II) - practical course) |

 |
 | Assessment lies on the quality of the students' work during the units as well as on their performances during the exams (last week of the semester).
Marks are combined for semesters 5 and 6.
Penalties are provided to the student who fails in a unit. Attendance, involvement in "multisports", and fitness level are also taken into account. When a student fails in a unit of the first semester, it exists an opportunity to present again the exam at the end of the second semester.
Details of the assessment are presented to the students during the welcome session and each student can ask additional information during the academic year through the course leader or assistants. |
