| Course contents : | The course will comprise 12 lessons dealing with technical and tactical aspects of several individual (athletics and swimming) and team sports (volleyball and handball). The emphasis is also set on the acquisition of competences in task analysis. An integration of the content with biomechanics is planned. |

| Course objective : | - To supplement the theoretical bases and to introduce teaching concepts concerning the sport activities proposed during the practical courses.
- To prepare the students to acquire a systematic analysis' approach of the physical and sport activities. |

| Prerequisites : | Basic motor and sport skills (1st bachelor) |
|
| Organization : | One session is organised per week according to the timetable provided to the students at the beginning of the academic year. |
|
| Written notes : | A copy of the slides and documents used during the theoretical lessons is provided to the students' representative. In addition, the students will have to seek other information, according to recommendations' of the course's leader or his assistants. |
|
| Assessment : | The semester 3's content is assessed in January by written exam (opened question concerning all chapters). |
