| Course contents : | - Introduction (Definitions - Historical viewpoints) - General principles (Voting : a collective decision procedure - Economic classification of public interventions - Agents of the economic policy) - Microeconomic policy (Quantitative & qualitative objectives - Initiative, productive or redistributive interventions) - Macroeconomic policy (Objectives : economic growth - Full employment - Price stability/Objective compatibility/ Instruments : Budget policy - Monetary policy - Exchange policy - Price & income policy/ Budget balance & public debt/Balance of payments : the foreign constraint / Economic policy models) - Sector-based economic policies (Industrial policy - Agricultural policy) - Internationalization of the economic policy. |
