Course contents :  This course deals with macroeconomic questions. It consists of two parts: (1) the Solow and Ramsey models, and the models of endogenous growth; and (2) the overlapping generations model and public policies of intergenerational transfers.
Course objective :  The objective of this course is to provide the students with a solid theoretical and empirical background of the quantitative macroeconomic analysis.
This course should be considered as a preparation for doctoral studies.
Prerequisites :  Introduction to macroeconomics
Workshops :  Presentations on macroeconomic topics and presentations of scientific papers.
