Course contents :  The objective of this course is to study Belgian criminal law (criminal offenses).
Course objective :  The purpose of this course is to provide the students with a theoretical but also practical knowledge sufficiently extended to enter into professional life. The purpose of this course is also to make the students aware of the legislative choices in criminalizing different acts.
Prerequisites :  Criminal law. Criminal law procedure. Comparative criminal law.
Organization :  Ex cathedra lecture during the 2nd part of the academical year. Exercices sessions.
Written notes :  Students have to read differents articles because there is no book in itself for this course

Students have to acquire by themselves an exemplary of the Criminal Code.
Assessment :  Oral examination
