Course contents :  Competence - Procedure - Seizures in general.
Course objective :  Judicial law in action - Command the rules of procedure in theory and in practice.
Prerequisites :  Acquiring knowledge of the judicial institutions.

Organization :  Oral exam on the basis of provided materials - Visit to the Court (in February or in March) - Lectures by Guest-speakers.
The dates of the revision classes will be fixed at the beginning of the first quarter of the year - Consult the notice board.
Written notes :  Traité " Eléments de procédure civile", Larcier, Collection de la Faculté de droit de Liège, 2005, and Syllabus on Jurisdiction available at the « Point de vue ». Judicial Code is compulsory.
Assessment :  Written Exam.
