This year, the focus of the course will be on a rapidly developing area of European Law : judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters. It will survey the reasons for these developments, the particular institutional framework of this area of European law and the instruments of judicial cooperation which are already in place. This elective course will be of interest for students who want to specialise in European law as well as to those who intend to join the bar. This course is taught in English. |
