Course contents :  The student is required to read a few articles about the topic and to make a research about one of several themes, such as corruption, money laundering, restriction of free competition, violation of business secrets, administrative penalties, protection of the financial interests of the European Union, insider trading, ... ; the writing result has to be 25-30 pages for the 5th June of 25th August, with complete bibliographical elements.
Course objective :  Its objective is to develop students' skills in drafting texts related to law.
Prerequisites :  Criminal law and commercial or economic law
Organization :  Regular individual meetings can be organised as well as the reading of bibliography, an outline, the first draft, and the final draft
Written notes :  None
Assessment :  Notation of the written result.
