F)Control of muscle contraction : - contraction-relaxation cycle - receptors in triads - calcium channel - calcium ATPase.

G) Intracellular signalling.
Course objective :  Study at the cellular and molecular levels of the main processes in animal physiology. When the molecular structure of a protein responsible of a given process is known, the aim of the teaching will be to link this process with the molecular mechanism of the protein.
Prerequisites :  Physiology, biology
Organization :  90 min lesson during 1st semester
Written notes :  The powerpoint of every lessons is provided
Assessment :  Le mode d'évaluation sera choisi en concertation avec les étudiants. Pour réussir, il faut une cote totale de 10/20 minimum, et au moins 8/20 auprès de chaque examinateur.
