| Course objective : | The main aim are : To study the relations between the cells structure and their functions To give a general sketch of the wovens structure and of animals organs To emphasize how the organisation of the wovens and organes confirm their functions |
| Prerequisites : | Basic notions in cell biology |
| Workshops : | Pratical work in cell physiology (ion transports, muscle contraction) is offered. Written reports are requested. |
| Organization : | The theoretical courses are given in the first quadrimester on Monday at 9h until 11h , in the pratical works big room (first floor) in the Zoology institut (Buil. I1, Van Beneden qai 22 in Liège). Every theoretical courses are followed in the same room by a pratical works session where the student examine different histological preparations that illustrate the course.
The theorical portion of the course in Cell physiology is given on the first 5 Thursday. The Hands-on portion of the course takes place during the 5 last weeks at the institute of Botany (B22). |
