| Course contents :
| The course is divided into two main chapters :
- Osteoarticular surgical pathology (vertebral column included) - Soft tissues surgical pathologies | |

| Course objective :
| To acquire the knowledge pertinent to the most frequent surgical pathologies and the surgical treatment of some common affections. | |
|  | | |
| Prerequisites :
| General knowledges in anatomy as well as in surgical biology and techniques. | |
|  | | |
| Workshops :
| The participation (presence, behaviour, involvment) in the clinics and practical works is part of the final evaluation. | |
|  | | |
| Organization :
| The lectures are given following a published agenda. | |
|  | | |

| Course notes are available at the student office. Textbook of Small Animal Surgery by Slatter (3nde édition). | |
|  | | |
| Assessment :
| An MCO type written exam with general implicit solutions is organized at each session. | |
