Course contents : General methods of clinical investigation and methods relative to each organ are presented. The aim of this teaching is to provide the student with a basic knowledge and rules to approach the investigation of the diseased animal.
Course objective : The student learns how to identify and interpret the symptoms and clinical signs when examining a diseased animal, in order to reach a diagnosis, independently from the species considered.

Medical imaging: the different techniques are presented, with special emphasis on conventional radiography.
Prerequisites : Basic knowledge in other sciences, such as anatomy, physiology, physiopathology, ethology, need to be acquired.
Workshops : Participation to TP's (presence, motivation, application) is evaluated. This score can have a incidence on the final note.
Organization : Lectures (20h semiology and 4h clinical imaging) are being given in theatres.
Written notes : Writen notes and/or power point presentations are available on the student's web, or at the "office des cours".
