Course contents : Introduction to work psychology with basis concepts, work methodology and some actual research topics. Amon them : motivation, competence, leadership, work conditions, flexibility and new technologies impact on work.
Course objective : Bring the students to develop a scientific process in the study of the relations between man and work.

Introduce the courses of "Human ressources" and ergonomics
Prerequisites : 1st bachelor courses
