Course objective : (1) To master specific contents such as an overview of Educational Sciences, quality in education, democratisation of study, issues related to entry selection exams, objectives for HE and methods such as LQRT, PBL, etc.Those last objectives and the related examples are focused on Higher Education.


(2) Improve "transversal" competencies : read for deep comprehension, critical thinking, cognitive vigilance, debate, use of the faculty's library, understanding spoken english.

Assessment : Written exam with Degrees of Certainty.

The Degrees of Certainty (DC) permit the students to obtain additional Metacognitive Bonus points provided their score in Confidence and Prudence reach minimal levels fixed for each of them and that each answer is given a Degree of Certainty by the student.
