Course contents : general knowledge of main marine microfossils (acritarchs-prasinophytes, dinoflagellates, chitinozoans, foraminifers, ostracodes, siliceous microfossils, conodonts), their paleobiology, and illustrate their applications i paleoecology, paleogeography, paleoclimatology, and paleooceanography.
Workshops : observation of different groups of microfossils with microscope and binocular and visit of palynology, thin section and lectronic microscopy laboratories
Written notes : powerpoint presentations online and printed copy
