Course contents : Practical supplement to Introduction to Sanskrit I-II (bibliography, methodology, etc.).
Course objective : Useful informations about the field. Methodological preparation reqquired for elaborating the dissertation the student will have to present at the end of his studies in Oriental languages and literatures. Includes glimpses of ancient Indian and pre-Islamic Iranian history
Prerequisites : Introduction to Sanskrit I.
Workshops : Output of a written bibliographical research.
Organization : 15 h spread out over the second semester. Timetable set with the students. Opening session in September announced on Section notice board. The attendance is obligatory.

Assessment : Oral test, in June.
