| Course contents : | Reading prose texts taken from the vedic Bráhmanas and Samhitás and commenting on their grammatical and stylistical features. | ||||||||

| Workshops : | Preparing the readings. Supervised reading of a Devanágarí vedic prosa text. | ||||||||

| Organization : | 30 h spread out over the first semester. Timetable set with the students. Opening session in September announced on Section notice board. The attendance is obligatory. | ||||||||

| Written notes : | Photocopies of Vedic texts in Devanágarí script | ||||||||
