Course contents : Use of the negation, of the particle te and of the verbal system as a whole.
Course objective : A fair command of the language.
Prerequisites : You must have obtained your candidature degree. No systematic mistakes in grammar and pronunciation are tolerated any longer.
Organization : Duration and term: 30 hours (15 hours theory - 15 hours practice) - 2nd semester

Place and time: central building

Teaching method:
Ex cathedra (theory).
Exercises on the verbal system and the negation.
Compulsory Reading: 20 p. in the Dutch magazine Elsevier.
Advised Reading: Dutch and Flemish newspapers.
Written notes : Reference books:
Syllabus on the verbal system.
Syllabus on the negation.
Assessment : Examination: June.
Written examination (translation French-Dutch, Dutch-French, summary and comment on a text read by the professor) and oral examination, theory, analysis of one of the articles in Elsevier, including questions on vocabulary).
Test on Dutch phrases.
