Course contents : - General language comprehension and intensive study of business German through the reading of texts from the German press and by means of discussions.

- Revision and consolidation of more complex language structures.

- Conversation and writing exercises.

- Active participation in class is considered as essential.

- Compulsory oral presentation.
Course objective : - All four language skills (reading, listening, writing and speaking) are developed.

- Intensive study of general language and of business vocabulary.

- Consolidation of more complex grammatical structures.
Prerequisites : Students should have a good command of the vocabulary and the language structures seen in level 2.
Workshops : 30-hour course:

Improving listening comprehension and oral skills.



The compulsory listening test will take place during one of the last weeks of classes. The mark will be included in the final grade.
Organization : 2 hours per week + exercises.

Assessment : 60-hour course:

- The oral presentation and the paper will be included in the final mark.

- Written exam (1/3 of marks) and oral exam (1/3 of marks) in June (and in August).

30-hour course:

Written exam (including listening comprehension exam) (1/3 of marks).
