| Course contents : | Introduction to several aspects of the religious life in the ancient Greek cities, to the sources available for this evaluation and to some interpretations given to these facts. | ||||||||||||||

| Course objective : | To lay emphasis on the religious implications of several aspects of Greek life and to explain how written (literature, inscriptions) and archaeological evidence are useful in the field.
