Course contents : Multiple criteria analysis, financial and quantitative analysis of logistics activities are performed by groups of students, working in entreprise and using the software ARGOS. Logistics auditing are reported by groups of students and discussed in classroom.
Course objective : To develop teams skills in auditing logistics activities, to apply management knowledge (marketing, finance, production, statistics, quantitative methods) in auditing logistics activities. Recommendations are given by students to the audited entity and discussed. A case study is to be written by each team.
Prerequisites : Logistics (basic) and general knowledge in management
Workshops : 3 function auditing are performed by each team. Reporting this work in 2 phases allows an improvement of the last assessed report.
Organization : The 45h course is divided into a first part devoted to ex cathedra teaching about methods of auditing and case study. The last classes are devoted to the reports presentation and discussions. A good part of the work is done in entreprise.

Assessment : The assessment is made on reports and classrooms and entreprise activities

Remarks : The students must prove a basic knowledge in logistics. This is done de jure by 3°EGIG. Others can follow the course of Logistics as a prerequisite
