Course contents : This program explains all the functions of the industrial management - internal and external flows. All the logistics and Supply Chain management domains are covered. The concepts are treated in the light of the international trade practice and the e-Business.
Course objective : Knowledge of the before and after order procedures, manufacturing and delivery logistics , quality, safety, environment and sustainable development concepts, investments and automatization impacts, logistics operations, e-Business. The accent is highlighted on the rapid and worldwide evolution of the industrial constraints that the enterprise has to face.
Prerequisites : BAC+5 level

Organization : Theoretical lessons: 8* 3 hours
Written notes : Annually updated, available on the HEC-ULg campus
Assessment : Oral test based on 3 questions among a list given to the participants. The use of the personal notes is allowed to prepare the oral presentation.
