Course contents : Survey of the evolution of literary genres, study of the major authors and cultural currents in Dutch literature from 1700 to 1880.
Course objective : Introduction to the history of Dutch literature in the 18th and 19th century.
Prerequisites : Notions of spoken and written Dutch.
Organization : Duration and period: 30h of theory in the 1st semester.

Site and schedule: A2 building, room 4/12, Thursdays from 9 to 11 a.m.

Teaching and learning method: lectures
Written notes : Workbook and anthology, provided by the lecturer.
Assessment : Oral exam in the June session.
