Course contents : In depth study of integrated analog and digital functions, testability, microfabrication technology, microsystem modelling, energy autonomy, packaging, case studies.
Course objective : Fundamentals of design of microsystems in a multidisciplinary approach, from sensors to actuators and information processing.
Prerequisites : basic electronics and physics.
Workshops : case studies and talks by industrial collaborators.
Organization : Fall semester.
