  • electronic circuits analog simulation (SPICE): actives devices models, analog fuctions macromodels, parameters détermination , convergence.
  • digital CAD : synthesis from VHDL description.
Course objective : presentation of microelectronics CAD techniques and tools
Prerequisites : ELEN001, ELEN040, ELEN037
Workshops : problems sessions.
