Obligations et contracts

The partim "Obligations and Contracts" will be divided in (i) problem lectures and (ii) practical lectures given by professionals (division of the class in small groups). In these lectures will be studied practical cases as well as the drafting of contractual clauses.

The written exam (first session in june and second session) will contain questions on resolution of problems as well as on the problems studied during the practical lectures given by the professionals.
