Course contents : The course centers on a general theme (which changes every year), divided into several under-themes more accurate or technical, all of them insprired by business life, or, more widely, the world of economic exchanges. The aim is to study a specific field, through its legal dimension aswell as through its economical, historical and sociological aspects,
The subjects being for the teacher a field of research, links will be made between them and and the course.

For the academic year 2006-2007, the general theme will be : « Economical Liberalism and Legal Speech ». The aim will be the relationships between economical theory of a market economy system, and the legal system which has to enforce those principles into rules. The teaching is grounded on Michel FOUCAULT's lecture at the Collège de France in 1978-1979, specifically centered on liberalism and it¿s differents families.
Course objective : The aim is to point out a specific problem of business law, with links with disciplines other than law (essentially economy) and exercising of critical mind on the specific subject.
Prerequisites : A good knowledge of business law.

Organization : : First « semestre ».
Written notes : A detailed plan and documents will be provided to the students
Assessment : Oral exam
