Course contents : The course is divided into two parts:

- the first one will be about the different maritime zones defined by the international law ;

- the second one will be about the main international conventions about the protection of the maritime environment
Course objective : To give to the students an overview of the regimes of the maritime zones, from the point of view of the exploitation of the ressources and of the protection of the environemnt.

Organization : Ex cathedra course 2h:week during part of the first semester
Written notes : A syllabus and internatioanl texts are the the students'disposal.
