| The seminar is divided into 4 themes, given over 3 sessions.
- Main aspects of Educational Law: the law of the "pacte scolaire", the subsidizing of education.
- The status of teaching staff in the three areas: public, subsidized public, and subsidized private schools.
- The rights of students, including access to education, the disciplinary regime, the evaluation of studies.
- The application of general principles of administrative law to Educational Law.

| This seminar is based on the analysis of cases and on the jurisprudence of the Council of State, the jurisdiction of the judicial order and the Court of Arbitration. The aim of the seminar is to present these in a practical and applied manner. |

| The seminar is essentially based on the active participation of students in research, analysis and group discussions of jurisprudential decisions, which allows an applied and practical exploration of the subject. |
