Course objective : Partim of M. Thiry (7h30 + 7h30)
To give a sketch of the differents visuals approachs using in microscopy. The nucleus will be used as main model.
Prerequisites : Goods basics notions in biology, biochimy, cell biology, immunology and animal histology.
Organization : This teaching is given in the courses of the first quadrimester pursuant an horary that will be communicated in the beginning of term day. The praticals exercices, about the two partims (3 sessions) constitue to illustrate some notions that were saw in the teoretical course thanks of the utilisation of the sweep and the transmission microcopy, the student is bring along to use himself it. This exercices form the subject of an individuel evaluation that count for 50% of the final cote of the exam.
Written notes : Partim of M. Thiry
Documents are given in every lesson.
