Course contents : -Overview of the research field of evaluation studies and of itsd evolution.

-Overview of methods to:
- Assess social needs (problem and targets identification and program design),
- Monitoring the program implementation
- Impact evaluation
- Integrating results to fine-tune the programm
Course objective : - To present the methodological tools of evaluation research.
Prerequisites : Passive knowledge of scientific English (humanities).
Organization : 1h30/week.
