Course contents : The seminar consists in a presentation by each participant of an comparative analyse of two articles on the same issue, one from an English speaking magazine or newspaper, one from an French speaking magazine or newspaper.
Course objective : It has for objective to learn through an comparative analyse, the articulation of an policy reasoning.
Organization : The seminar is divided in groups of 15 to 20 students. It is organised all along the academic year, one course every two weeks for each group.
Assessment : The evaluation is continuous on the quality of the work achieved during the session and on the papers submitted. Three presentations per student are expected.
