Course contents : This course follows a seminar format. Each student develops a personnal project and gives a periodic state of advancement of his work. The project is either a development of an original program or an analysis of an actual program. These programs are followups of one of the methods studied in the course MATH0041-1: Algorithmes d'optimisation. A final report must be turned in.
Course objective : To get personnal expertise in the field of numerical optimisation algorithms.
Prerequisites : MATH0041-1 : Optimisation algorithms.

Organization : This course is taught at the first semester.
The intersted sudents should get in touch with the teacher as soon as possible at the beginning of the academic year to fix the schedule.
