Course contents : Introduction to narratological discourse and literary terminology. Analysis of prose texts and poetry written by modern Flemish and Dutch authors
Course objective : (1) Acquire the analytical skills necessary to decode and interpret poems and prose texts and (2) improve proficiency in Dutch
Prerequisites : Language level required (Dutch): Intermediate
Workshops : Essay
Organization : Duration: 60 hours, Semester 1 + 2
Where: Place Cockerill
When: Thursday 13.00-15.00
Written notes : Reading list will be made available in due course
Assessment : Written and oral exam in May/June
