| The course is divided into three parts :
(1) a "Business texts" unit concerning Marketing in general (J.-M. Delcroix)(1st semester and 2nd semester)
(2) an "Everyday communication" unit (J.-L. Cupers) (1st semester)

| 1. Theoretical presentations concerning some aspects of marketing (Powerpoint presentation). 2. Reading and listening comprehension(audio and video tapes) 3. Focus on the development of communication skills through conversations about everyday and business topics (meeting simulations, case studies, "Business Mazes"). 4. Business letter writing. | |
