| Quantitative cytometry: analysis of thousand cells on a cell-by cell basis; rare biological important cells can be detected and analysed or sorted by two complementary approches:
1) Image cytometry: basic study of all types of microscopes, confocal, fluorescence, interferential, phase, electronic. Morphomathematical analysis of acquired images, segmentation, binary morphology, Fourier analysis, cell identification, measurements of multiple parameters
