Course contents : Design of algorithms for dynamic data structures (list, tree, graph). Recursion and its implementation. Implementation of algoritms taking the machine architecture into account. Proccesses and parallel programming. Programming on a virtual memory computer.
Course objective : Introduction to the reasoning used for the design and implementation of algorithms.
Prerequisites : Course INFO 01 Introduction à l'algorithmique I.
Workshops : The students are invited to use programming equipment to implement the studied algorithms on a voluntary basis.
Organization : First semester : lectures on Fridays from 9:00 to 12:30.
