Course contents : The course concerns the constituent elements of the European Identity in economy, as they have been defined in the Treaty of Rome and developed in later treaties. We will especially developp the aspects linked with the mode of competition, with the government aids, and with the appearance of the idea of “general interest” in keeping with the problematics of Public Service.
