| Course contents :
| Historical sources, iconography, building archaelogy, are different "traditional" sources and methods used by the historian of architecture. To continue the analysis with other tools, this teaching will show how it is possible to obtain more results with the contribution of natural sciences as it is often asked before the restoration of a monument. | |

| The goal is to obtain the correct use of different scientific methods to understand the history of a monument, espacialy if a study before the restoration is asked. | |
