Course contents : General introduction (geography, religion, history); presentation of the architecture and the major artistic works in chronological order of the periods, from the origins to the first millennium BC
Course objective : General formation in ancient Near Eastern art and archaeology
Organization : 30 hours during the first quadrimestre.
Room "Grand Physique" Bât. A1, Friday 10-12 AM
Written notes : A booklet of illustrations will be at the disposal of the students at the beginning of the academic year.
Assessment : Oral examination in January on the entire subject, which consists in checking the knowledge.
