Course contents : Lesson is an introduction in materials of the management of the firm. He allows to go around key fields of the firm. It heads with the practical instruments necessary for the apprehension of mechanisms of the management of main functions and making of main decisions in the firm. It will be in most cases about the management of sales, production, supplies and treasury, decision of the investment and policies of the financing and the debt.
Course objective : Understand and know how to use the different instruments of management of main functions of the firm and also those of fundamental decisions in the firm. Know their borders and know how to adapt them to specific environments. Know how to interpret conclusions of a given study.
Prerequisites : Some notions of general accountancy, analysis of financial states, accountancy of management and statistics are necessary. However, the prior knowledge of these notions is not obligatory.
Organization : Lesson ex cathedra and practical jobs (aimed jobs) in the 2nd semester. Throughout theoretical presentation, the students are called to participate actively in the practical financial years which are offered to them.
Language: French
Written notes : Syllabus.
Assessment : Written exam (1st session in June and 2nd session in September).
