| Course contents : | Une partie importante du temps de travail des cadres et des chefs de projet consiste en des activités de management (planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler). Le cours a pour objectif de fournir aux étudiants des outils pour pouvoir assurer ces activités de gestion. Au-delà du volet informatif, l'enjeu est de préparer les étudiant(e)s à jeter un regard critique sur les multiples modes qui traversent la gestion des organisations en vue de les rendre plus aptes à faire leurs choix une fois qu'ils (elles) seront inséré(e)s sur le marché du travail. | ||||||||
