Course contents : The main objective of this introductory course is to make students sensitive to the different steps of valorisation of knowledge and research. The course concerns many aspects: human, motivation, strategic, legal, financial and commercial aspects in relation with entrepreneurial approach and societies creation. This course is really interdisciplinary. It aims at integrating many aspects of business management in order to bring to the fore how these elements allow to construct a coherent approach with the intention of launching a business.

NOTE : This course is strictly limited to 40 students (whose 10 maximum form the HEC-Ecole de Gestion of Université de Liège). Students are accepted on the basis of a motivation letter sent to the teacher at least for the 30th January of the year during which the course is organised.
Course objective : Make students sensitive to different steps of valorisation of knowledge and research.
Prerequisites : None.
Organization : The programme is conceived to alternate lectures with case studies and accounts of entrepreneurs and professionals of societies' launching.

Assessment : Evaluation is mainly based on the presentation of a group work relating to a case study of a company creation + an oral exam on students' works.

Remarks : Concerned public : Students of the last two years of masters (Bologne) of studies with a technical or scientific vocation, as well as human sciences. The course can also concern researchers. It has been conceived for diversified and multidisciplinary audience. It requires no prerequisites.
