Course contents : The course aimes at enabling students to analyse modern organisations, by examining a set of key structural variables: work division and coordination between operators, departmentalisation, inter-unit liaison mechanisms, authority systems and formal communication flows, power systems and informal communication flows, decision making process and objectives design, kind of environment, etc.
Course objective : The objectives are both analytical (initiation to organisational diagnosis) and theoretical (initiation to the mainstream of current organisational theory).
Workshops : 6 sessions are organized in parallel to the main course, focused on understanding the concepts and undertaking case studies
