Course contents : Contents: introduction, signals and telecommunication systems, continuous wave modulation, random variables, stochastic processes and noise, propagation and radio systems, introduction to digitization, digital baseband transmission, digital modulation, main principles of the GSM network.
Course objective : Basic understanding of analog and digital telecommunications systems.
Prerequisites : None
Organization : This course takes place during the second semester. It includes a lecture on theory and training session per week.
